Room Hire at St Paul's Church
Looking to host a birthday party or hold a meeting?
St Paul’s Church offers a number of rooms for hire for groups, events and private parties. We have great parking facilities and the church is accessible for all.
Take a look below for information about the different rooms available and our current room hire charges. We offer discounted rates for community events.
If you are interested in booking one of our rooms, please contact the church office .
Kindly note that all bookings must be approved by the Church Wardens before they can be confirmed. Once approval is granted, we will check availability and a booking form will be sent to you for completion.
If we are unable to open or close the church on your behalf, a key will be provided, which you will be required to sign for.
Please ensure that the building is fully cleared and vacated by 11:00 PM.
Cedar Room
A large, spacious room with serving hatch to the kitchen.
Capacity: 92 persons (or 80 if sitting around tables)
Ideal for: Birthday parties; dancing and exercise classes; exhibitions and events.
Hire charge: £22 per hour
Acorns Room
A carpeted, meeting room with a serving hatch to the Kitchen
Capacity: 58 persons Ideal for: Meetings; seminars and forums.
Hire charge: £17.50 per hour
Cypress Room
A smaller room with lots of natural light.
Capacity: 58 persons
Ideal for: small birthday parties; local clubs and arts and crafts activities.
Hire charge: £17.50 per hour
Kitchen
£22 per hour for preparing / heating hot food
£9 per hour for serving drinks and/or cold food already prepared.
The kitchen has hatches to the Cedar & Acorns rooms.
Meeting Room
A small private light room.
Capacity: 5 persons
Ideal for: Counselling, interviews, study and reading.
Hire charge: £12.50 per hour
