Bursledon Federation
We have brilliant links with our local primary schools of the Bursledon Federation. As well as our team taking weekly collective worship sessions in both infant and junior schools, we really look forward to special church services at Christmas and Easter, and for Leavers Services at the end of the summer term.
Recently we have begun leading a lunchtime club on a Wednesday. It is open for children Y1-Y6 and is a time where they can explore Bible stories, faith themes, chat and ask questions.
We also support the life of the school by encouraging church members to offer themselves as governors – at the time of writing, five of the governors regularly attend Bursledon Parish Church.
The Hamble School
Our Christian Union meets on Wednesdays & Thursday lunch times at The Hamble School. We usually arrive to the RE Department bearing Donuts or treats…
Open to students from all year groups, it is a safe and welcoming place to meet others, play games, ask questions, explore faith and have some fun!
